The more tech-enabled we become, the more human we need to be. Some key stats for me were that 80% of the workforce are disengaged and 92% of people trust people \u2018like us\u2019<br><br>\ud83e\udde0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alexmcveigh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Alex McVeigh<\/strong><\/a> - AI is a powerful tool \u2013 but it\u2019s not the strategy. Use it for structure and support, not to replace insight and authenticity. Always ask, Why are we doing this?<br><br>\ud83d\udcca <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dougkelsall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Doug Kelsall<\/strong><\/a> talking about global brand vs local experience. A consistent EVP must resonate internally and externally, across regions and teams. Map the moments that matter<br><br>\ud83c\udf93 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ponchorivera-pavon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Poncho Rivera-Pavon<\/strong><\/a> Design for the audience that\u2019s not in the room. Gen Z expects relevance, clarity, and real opportunity, not broad corporate promises. Speak their language. Some scary stats he shared that 17% grads accept an offer and keep job searching, 47% of grads have multiple offers and 17% just vanish. It is critical to connect with them.<br><br>\ud83d\udce2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/teenawooldridge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Teena Wooldridge<\/strong><\/a>: Your people are your best advocates. Executives and employees with strong LinkedIn voices significantly boost brand reach and trust. Make sure your leadership team are being seen!<br><br>\ud83d\udca1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/vanessa-riley-8ab8ba5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Vanessa Riley<\/strong><\/a> It isn\u2019t just a value on a wall\u2014it\u2019s the lived experience. Leaders shape it, recognition fuels it, and development sustains it\u2014some incredible results of the impact made by focusing on culture first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This summit was a brilliant reminder that a compelling EVP isn\u2019t a one-off campaign\u2014it\u2019s the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and your people's everyday experiences.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A massive shout-out to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jess-vieira\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Jess Vieira<\/strong><\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/zarco-creative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Zarco Creative<\/strong><\/a> for some amazing conversations around how powerful video can be.
